Thank you so much for applying to be part of this project. I’m honored that you trust me to serve as a mentor and guide as you navigate the next steps of your business, craft, or project. I am so excited to spend this time with you!

I’ve read the notes you included in your application and we’ll begin from there and see where our conversation takes us. We’ve booked 90 minutes just in case, to allow time to discuss the recording plan and troubleshoot and close out after the session.

Whether you opt in for voice only or face as well, we’ll record the session via zoom, but I will only use the content you’ve released in your booking form.

Best practices:

If you’ve haven’t used zoom before, or haven’t updated your system recently - please do so here.

Please have some light on your face - or bouncing against a wall in front of you. Do not have a light or a bright window behind you.

Please find a quiet place - if your car is the only quiet place you have, go there, but be sure your devices are fully charged.

Please come “camera ready.” As you would if you were having a portrait taken. Please don’t wear fine lines (no pinstripes).

Bring paired Earbuds or a plug in Over Ear headset so we can control the audio.

Bring your phone with voice memo (or voice memo equivalent.)

Bring a notebook and a pen.

Come with an open mind and vulnerability. I’m here for you. We’re gonna make some moves.
